1. Agreement
By accessing or using NicheIndex (nicheindex.co), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
NicheIndex provides a database of publicly available newsletter publication data, including subscriber counts, pricing information, and category analysis. The data is aggregated from publicly accessible sources and is provided for research and informational purposes.
3. Payment and Access
NicheIndex is available as an annual subscription ($79). Payment is processed through Stripe. Upon successful payment, you receive 12 months of access to the full database with daily data refreshes. Access is tied to your email address and is non-transferable. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact support@nicheindex.co.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use NicheIndex data for personal research, newsletter planning, and competitive analysis. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially republish the database or bulk data exports. Reasonable personal use and sharing of insights is permitted.
6. Data Accuracy
NicheIndex aggregates publicly available data and provides estimates based on that data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Subscriber counts, revenue estimates, and scores are approximations and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
NicheIndex is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on our data.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
